Shipping methods and costs

– Items from SquishTish USA are only shipped from and to the USA, by a SquishTish partner.

– Items are shipped between 1 to 7 business days.

– All items are shipped with a tracking number, via USPS. This is the sole shipping method available at the moment.

– The shipping costs include handling and packaging.

Payment

– Payments are made with Paypal.

Returns, cancellations and exchanges
– I do not accept exchanges but, please, contact me if you have any question.

– Items must be returned in the 30 days after being delivered to you.

– Feel free to contact me if you have any question so we can work out the best solution!

– If you intend to cancel your order, please, inform me as fast as possible, by replying to the confirmation e-mail you received after placing your order. I always check my email before I go to the post office and may, sometimes, ship an order that has just been placed. Once shipped, I won’t be able to cancel your order or refund you.

– Refunds for returned items can only be made once the item arrives back and my partner can assess its condition. Shipping costs of returned items are paid for by the buyer.

– I can only refund canceled or returned orders paid via Paypal.

Privacy

– The data you provide by placing an order (name, address and email address) is only used to complete your order and it is not shared with third parties, except for the ones involved in the transaction (Paypal, etc.).

– In case I need to contact you concerning your order, I’ll use the email address you provided.

– The data you provide by placing an order will not be used for promotional purposes unless you wish so.
